1. Every member of the association shall, subject to provisions herein and the bylaws for the time being in force, be entitled to use and enjoy, in common with other members of the Association, all the facilities afforded by the Association from time to time
2. Life Members, Full Members shall have right to vote at any Annual General Body Meeting.
3. All members shall take part in the activities of the Association, shall have voice in the management of the Association, shall have power to vote in the Annual General Meeting, Special Meetings and Ordinary Meetings and shall have the right to be nominated for election to the Executive Committee of the Association
4. The President and the General Secretary shall be the official spokespersons of the Association.
