1. Organise Cultural, Educational, Social and related activities
2. Promote good citizenship in a multi-racial, multi-cultural and multi-faith society
3. Promote Indian culture and history either independently or jointly with other organisations having similar objects
4. To extend a helping hand on questions of housing, welfare rights and immigration and legal problems wherever possible to any member who is in distress or trouble, in conditions of need, hardship or distress, by the provision of an advice and information service
5. Establish links with the local authorities, voluntary organisations and other associations and individuals
6. To work with other community members and similar associations in Teesside and elsewhere
7. To establish or secure the establishment of a community centre and manage or cooperate with any statutory authority in the maintenance and management of such a centre for the activities promoted by the association in furtherance of the above objects
8.Promote unity amongst Malayalees so as to establish cordial relationship amongst them
